For any defects or product malfunctions please notify the company or your re-seller within the warranty period to avail free replacement. The product is constructed of steel and aluminium with bakelite handles. At the end of life of the product, please upcycle or recycle responsibly. The product accessories include a screwdriver which must be used for mechanical purposes only and not for electrical testing. The product packaging comprises of paper-based cardboard and plastic. Kindly reuse or recycle responsibly. All disputes would be addressed in accordance with the courts of India.
Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Goods once sold will not be taken back. In case of any manufacturing defects kindly contact us and we will provide a free of cost replacement.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of 12 hours after you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
